Dr. Roland Kosztoványi is a qualified attorney with a legal specialization, who obtained his university degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc in 2001 with a cum laude distinction. In 2004, he completed his postgraduate studies in Economics at the University of Miskolc, and in 2011, he completed the Negotiation and Legal Program at Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. He also holds a qualification as a real estate appraiser. He has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2005.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), establishing and representing joint ventures, including a significant number of both foreign and domestic transactions.

In addition to M&A, his expertise also includes the support in sale and purchase of real estate, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as properties falling under the land acquisition law. Furthermore, he provides general legal representation for numerous Hungarian and foreign companies. Currently, he is a member of the board of the Hungarian Tennis Association.
