Roland Kosztoványi, Dr. earned his law degree cum laude from the Faculty of Law at the University of Miskolc in 2001. He completed a postgraduate course in Economics at the University of Miskolc in 2004 and at Harvard Law School’sNegotiation Program (Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA) in 2011. He also holds a qualification as a property appraiser. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Budapest Bar Association.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), establishing and representing joint ventures (JV), including numerous foreign and domestic transactions.

In addition to M&A, he is expert inreal estate transactions, covering residential-, commercial-, industrial properties, and properties subject to land trading regulations. He also provides general legal representation for various Hungarian and international business entities. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee of the Hungarian Tennis Association.
